Quotation
We study your requirements, ask questions where needed and send an itemised quotation with the scope, price and timeline. It appears in your client portal, where you can accept or reject it online.

Step 3
Accept & deposit
Accept the quotation in one click. The portal shows our payment details: pay the 50% deposit by EcoCash or CABS bank transfer and send the proof on WhatsApp. Work starts as soon as it is confirmed.

Build
We build in milestones with dates you can see. Progress is updated by the team doing the work, and we share previews so you can give feedback early.

Step 5
Deliver
We test thoroughly, hand over the system, documents and source code, and train your users. Every system comes with 90 days of bug-fix support, with maintenance plans after that.

Questions about the process
Do I get a quotation before any work starts?
Yes. Every project starts with a clear, itemised quotation showing the scope, price and timeline. Nothing starts until you accept it.
How do payments work?
Once you accept a quotation we start after a 50% deposit. The balance is paid when the project is complete, before handover or collection. You can pay by EcoCash or CABS bank transfer (USD or ZWG), and send the proof of payment on WhatsApp.
Can payments follow milestones on a large project?
For larger projects a different payment schedule can be agreed. Ask us before you accept the quotation and it will be written into it.
How do I get my client portal login?
When you request a project online, your username and password are shown to you straight away. Existing clients can ask us on WhatsApp to send their login details.
Can I accept or reject a quotation online?
Yes. Open the quotation in your portal and accept or reject it in one click. When you accept, the portal shows how to pay the deposit.
