Yes. Every system includes 90 days of bug-fix support after delivery. After that we offer maintenance and support contracts, and we can add new features at any time.

Yes. Once the project is fully paid, the custom work we built for you, including the source code and documentation, is yours.

Yes. Every project starts with a clear, itemised quotation showing the scope, price and timeline. Nothing starts until you accept it.

Once you accept a quotation we start after a 50% deposit. The balance is paid when the project is complete, before handover or collection. You can pay by EcoCash or CABS bank transfer (USD or ZWG), and send the proof of payment on WhatsApp.

For larger projects a different payment schedule can be agreed. Ask us before you accept the quotation and it will be written into it.

Every client gets a login to our client portal at erp.droomdazlean.com. There you see progress, milestones, quotations, invoices, receipts and your files.

When you request a project online, your username and password are shown to you straight away. Existing clients can ask us on WhatsApp to send their login details.

Yes. Open the quotation in your portal and accept or reject it in one click. When you accept, the portal shows how to pay the deposit.

Yes. Choose "Full project" and you get the working system and the full documentation, which we walk you through so you can explain and defend it.

Yes. You can request the proposal, specific chapters, the full report, the system only, a presentation, or research and data analysis.

After you accept your quotation, a 50% deposit starts the work and the balance is paid before collection. EcoCash and CABS bank transfer are accepted.

When you send a request you get a client portal login straight away. Your quotation, progress, files and receipts are all there.

Yes. Your project, documents and personal details are only used for your project and are never shared with other students.
